Is project management my ability to create a timeline in Microsoft Project? Is it daily status meetings reviewing mountainous piles of spreadsheets? Or is it yelling into the phone and hounding a developer to “get it done or else”?
I like to think it’s a combination of tools, planning, and solutions-based management that facilitates success.
One size does not fit all in this shoe store. I’m creative enough to find the right combination of software, documentation, and MBWA – “management by wandering around” – that gets the job done and done well.
